Dal left on a low heat overnight, paneer cooked hard on the tawa, chutneys ground each morning. The food both sides of the family grew up on.

Dough started two days before it is eaten, stretched by hand and baked until the crust blisters.

Beans, corn and cheese folded into a warm tortilla, with salsa made from whatever tomatoes are best that week.

And then the dishes that only exist here — the ones that started at our kitchen table and ended up on the menu.
Selfless service.
Sevana takes its name from the Sanskrit word Seva — an idea that shapes how we think about food, hospitality and the community around us.
We created Sevana as a place where people can eat well, spend time together and feel genuinely looked after.
